This is a newly-renovated, 3-bedroom cottage located in Eastham, Ma – 1.5 miles from Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Lighthouse Beach and 2 miles from several bay beaches. It is around the corner from the National Seashore Center and right around the corner from the bike path. The cottage is approximately 3 miles from the Orleans rotary, and 20 miles from Provincetown.

• 2 small bedrooms – one with built-in bunk beds
• 1 ½ baths

• front porch / huge back deck - both furnished
• all appliances: cable, dvd player, coffee maker, washer/dryer

• Renter provides towels and linens
• No phone. House is not wired for internet (but we usually get service)
• No pets
• No trash pickup – renters take trash to recycle center (1/4 mile away)
• Security Deposit - $200
