Interested in feedback positive or critical on MetLife through UMass. I just received bills from my current insurance company and they are rather high. No accidents, speeding tickets or claims. Bills always paid in full on time. When I called they could not come up with a good answer on why.

Service is important so I am willing to pay more for good service. Just not a whole lot more. I did the on line estimate tool and the MetLife auto insurance is significantly cheaper than what I am paying now. But that could be just a come on.
