It is two bedrooms and one bathroom house, fully furnished with exclusive laundry! It comes with two rooms, one bedroom and one study room. The back of the house is facing a bike trail. It is a perfect place to live during the summer. Option, landlord may extend lease.

My landlord is having financial difficulties and has listed the house for sale. At the realtors suggestion he has decided not to renew our lease so we are starting our search for a new place. Hello,

I used to live in Huntington, commuted for 5 years,
and it is a lovely place but I would NOT recommend it for commuting to Amherst. The elevation is tricky - and it seems to be its own microclimate, with much more snow and ice than down here on the flatland. In addition, the traffic on Route 9 is increasingly horrid. If you work 9-5 or 8-4 you will have times when it takes you 1 1/2 hours to get home. I never knew of any carpooling going on and PVTA does not run out there.

Sorry to be a downer, but as lovely as Huntington is, for commuting here, it is not good.
